So who is this Lall Personal Training guy?
I've been helping people become fit for most of my life. Helping people become fit didn't come as an educational calling, but as a fun hobby and interest. In 1996 I began taking karate lessons and enjoyed every single minute of it. It was from that hobby that I chose to help other people live healthy lives.
That hobby soon became a passion and before I knew it, I figured out what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. To teach what I'd learned to women to help them lose weight and enjoy their lives.
When I finally graduated from college (George Brown College) my passion to help people achieve their fitness goals excelled. I've always tried to stick to one key principle: emphasize practical weight loss and fitness strategies that people can actually use to lose weight and inches.
And of course I also do my best to practice what I preach. My training efforts help my clients realize that they can, in fact reach the goals they set out for themselves. My ultimate goal is to show you how you can do that as well (without drifting off the path or getting frustrated in the process.)
I'm always working to extend the limits of my knowledge and abilities. For instance, I still read weight loss, fitness and exercise books daily.
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and attend other leading-edge personal training seminars and workshops.
I write numerous articles on women's fitness, and teach a comprehensive weight loss program. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, and I make it a habit to give away whatever I can.
Maybe just as important as my education in Fitness and Health is my study of personal growth and development for over 11 years.
I'm dedicated to learning how to exceed my limiting beliefs about what is possible in all areas of my life. From my Martial Arts training I discovered that the only thing that holds up my success is what I think I can't do.
What if you could lose weight and feel amazing about your body? What if you could lose 2 inches, 3 inches or 4 inches from your waistline and you transform your body in only a few short weeks?
I've helped many women do this and their success depends not only on my ability to help and provide the blueprint for success but for them to break through their self-imposed limitations. There really is no reason why you can't do the same. I hope I can help you do so.
My business continues to grow as I work with my clients one on one and in group settings.
I hope you find this site a valuable resource for becoming a healthier, fit and happy person, and for realizing your full potential.
